Default integra running cold all the time

Okay i was just wondering why my integra is running cold all the time. i took it on 85 for about 30 minutes driving around 80 MPH and it's still on the C. whats wierd is when i come to a stop then the temperature goes up to normal? and then right when i start driving it goes back down the the C. And my heat doesn't work well any ideas?

idk im just checking if anyone knows whats up before i start replacing things i don't need to.. idk if a thermostat would cause the problem though, usually a thermostat only causes car to over heat if you have a bad one, it wouldn't make your car run cold... unless you are saying maybe i don't have one at all thats why im running cold, but still if you don't have one you shouldn't run cold all day.

    Thermostat is the problem.

Either youre not running one or yours is stuck open, as was previously stated.

alright got it fixed, car is running the right tmeperature now but my heat is still kinda semi cold and hot? it gets warm i have to run it past like 6000 rpm though? otherwise the heat is not hot enough, i mean its warm, but its not gonna be hot enough during winter is what im tryin to get to.. unless i run it pass 6000

if u got fluid and no air in lines u should have heat. unless u got a issue with the heater core.

And you bled the system correctly? Did you try moving the lever in the engine bay that controls the flow of coolant to the heater core by hand? Perhaps a problem with your temp knob/ and the metal wire that connects the two?
