Thats what they told me... they have to drop the fuel tank to do it..
im looking at the times now 1.8 to R&R tank then add .3 for the filler neck. which is half way out once the tank is out anyways.

edit: if they are going to flush the tank and replace the vent valve while there at it 3 hours is justified.
