Default Reaching Out To All SC300/Supra Chasis Drivers!!Help!!!!

Hi guys im from the US and I have a couple simple questions.

    First...

    I have a 92 sc300(US Soarer) with a 95 1JZ in it that I am trying to finish....

The alternator that came with it obviously had the alternator plug coming from the chasis... As my car is a 92 the alternator plug came off the engine wiring harness. So that said...

I do have a 95 alternator plug and wires. It has been extended into the cabin where the engine harness meets the ECU.... Which wires do these go to? I know that I can simply color match but the wire coloring change from year to year. Any help would be awesome...

Which plugs are the wires located on? Can I simply just cut some plugs and rewire?

    Second...

I have a few plugs that aren't matching up. I need to know which wires will go to what....

    The body plug -

    The Engine Harness -

Ill be pretty much be swapping out the connectors for GM connectors.
But which wire goes to what though? I can pretty much figure...

    Plug 1 Plug 2
    Red Black ------Red Black
    Gray ------------Gray
    Blue 1 ?? Small White ??
    Blue 2 ??

    Three....

Can anyone point me out in the direction in which were the grounding points are for the 1JZ/2jz?

    Thanks.
