Default Z32 300zx Fuel Injector Question

So I just got a new clutch installed at Z1 Motorsports and they said I needed a new fuel injector, so I had them install that too. Z1 said that the reason the fuel injector went bad is because the Ethanol that is required to be in gas at Metro Atlanta gas stations is screwing them up. Is the reason why my fuel injectors are screwing up because of the ethanol or do yall think I might have some junk in my fuel lines because the previous owner had the car sit for 2 years and only put 300 miles on it during those 2 years. Thanks yall!

I have replaced 300ZX fuel injectors for customers and a few have told me that the ethanol content(up to 10%) could be causing issues. I had one customer bring me clips and different style injectors to put in one time.
