what si motor? K20A3 or B16A2? Either way the I'm 99% sure the DX manifold will not fit. Let me know if you do this. I may be able to give you a good deal on a good header. I have a JDM DC Sports header w/ 2.5" collector. Best budget header out there.
A dx manifold will definitly not fit cuz its a d series motor where as the si is a b series and i dont thnk you will have to change ur cat.
