Default 22R help!!! need to fix today!

ok so I have a 1987 4x4 toyota truck with a fuel injected 22R 4 cyl. I need to change the pulley's. mainly the water pump one but can't figure out how the hell you get it off. I am not used to working on these things so alittle help would be nice.

The WP pulley is bolted onto the water pump flange. To remove the flange you need to remove and replace the water pump
