the S5 turbo is much better than the S4 turbo as far as the wastegate goes. I had mine ported thoonce I get my injectors in I'll be able to see how well it works. I heard the Rtek is a decent upgrade if you can't afford full stand alone. it allows timing and fuel control. The AFM is what limits the system so before you go full standalone decide what your goals are. < 300whp mark the Rtek. should be fine. Read of it running cars with much more power but everyone complains AFM...wouldn't know much about it yet. I'm still trying to find one and My car is still under construction.
