You'd hate going from an S2k to a 240.

Sup Danny. This is Reggie from Xlr8shen, rember the black guy that was telling you to keep your wheels. Well any way, HalfBaked is right about the 240 and you in the aspect that bolt to bolt comparison with your s2000 your car is a better off car for you becase it handles real well, has a pretty stout power plant in it form the factory as it is and its still a comfortable car. Now 240s on the other hand handle real well to especially if you put a similiar set-up in one that you have on your s2000, but the ka sucks for the kind of driving you like especailly in stock form( dont anybody get me wrong i am a ka-t guy myself, but lets be realistic here). On top of that your talking about a car that is 15-7 years old depending on what year you buy and they all need some form of work in one way or another. So basically if your willing to sacrafice some comfort, and power, unless you do some sort of motor uprgade, and dont mind pretty much building a car form the ground up i wouldnt recomend it. Plus i like to think of the 240 as a drivers car, so if your not willing drive the car like you stole it, dont buy one, but no seriously i hate it when guys get 240s and say they wanna do this and they wanna do that but are scared to push the car.
