Anyone else ride that much? I see most people buy their bikes brand new years ago and only have like 3k miles. Fuck that shit.

6k miles in 5 months isnt that much i barley ride and average 15k motorcycle miles a year. One guy around me has 150k miles on his cbr 600 that he bought brand new in 05. Work is the only reason i dont rack up more than i do.

I have slowly started doing that also on a few fun corners in my area.

Bought my bike in March with 5k....I'm now sitting at 16k!
I ride N.Ga/SC/NC twisties almost every weekend....average 400-500 miles per outing. Then I commute on it to school/work when it's not raining out. So no, you don't ride much. =P

I got my bike a little over a month ago and have clocked right at 1100 miles. I expect to put about 7-8K on it per year cause I dont ride in rain and I dont ride long in the cold.

I got a used Dunlop that was already mounted and a new front tire when I purchased the bike. The front is fine, the rear is getting pretty worn in the center. I'm on the wear bars. I'll have a nice video of me toasting my tire when I decide to put a new tire on.

I'm kinda broke right now, so with the sale of my truck coming up, I should be fine and some mods will be going on the bike. hehehe

I bought my '04 F4i brand new 10-17-04 with 3 miles on the clock, and now just turned 170,500 right as I pulled into the driveway coming home from work today

This year started out slow for me being that I was out of a job and not riding too much, but then I did a crazy number of roadtrips in a short time and racked up quite a few. Beginning of April I was at 149k, now currently at 170k, so 21k in 6 months. That includes a cross country ride from ATL to Tucson, AZ and back, another trip from ATL to Chicago, then Ohio, then Michigan, WV, and back to ATL, several trips to NC, a trip from ATL to Maryland and back, and then daily commuting and weekend mountain riding

I definitely love to ride!

i bout my bike july 8th i think and had the 1000 miles service done at 1200 miles on july 21st. on september 8th i had 1800.. now it has about 1802. havent ridden in like three weeks. mix of rain and such
