When i first bought my 1985 318i it ran pretty damn good, but then the head gasket blew so i had to get a new head gasket,well i changed the head gasket and in the process i lost timing but i got it back timed, well ive got everything put back together and now when i crank it, its a horrible idle and sometimes it revs to the rev limiter without me touching a thing, i was thinking that it might be something hooked up wrong but idk, if anyone as a any clue that would be great, thanks
