I've got the H+R sport springs on mine. Rides nice but I want something a bit firmer since it sees a good bit of track time. I will tell you that if you lower it much over .5" in the rear you're going to need to take the subframe off and weld the adapters on to allow you to adjust the rear camber or it will be way off, so will your toe and there is no adjustment on the rear at all. The front camber is non adjustable unless you get camber plates, the offset CAB's will allow you to get more caster but won't get your camber right. I have the M3 offset urethane CABs and the M3 uppers and net about 2.3 degrees camber and about 6.8 degrees caster. The Konis aren't shorter in the front because they're just cartridges. Here's a pic of how mine sits on a set of 17"s. The ride height measured from the pinch rail is actually .25" higher in the rear but the E30's wheel wells are lower in the rear so the car will always look lower in the rear than it is. Unless you run some fairly low offset rims you won't need to roll the fenders.
