Default del sol, what size speakers?

according to crutchfield/bestbuy a del sol uses 6.5" speakers, but apparently thats not the case.

before i go buy another set of speakers, what size are the speakers lol?

mine was a 1993 Si. Can you take a pic so I can see what you are talking about where they don't fit.? Is it in the front and back or just either?

they all had the same speakers. what's not fitting for you? like the speaker is just too big for the plastic bracket in the door panels?

EDIT: they're 5.25-6.5 in the front and 6.5 in the rear. your speakers will fit just figure something out.

the back of the speaker won't fit into the opening...meaning it wont sit flush with the hole.

my front stocks are the same size as the rears(interchangable)

i guess maybe they are both 5.25

ooooooooooooooooooo you're having a depth problem? then you're asking the wrong question.

the maximum depth for both is 1.875. there's nothing you can do there, you're just going to have to get a smaller magnet or get some spacers for your mounting bracket.
