put a new shortblock in my automatic 94 integra and now when i drive it the tranny feels like it is hesitating when starting off in D4...but if i drop it down in 1..its fine....also the cel is on throwing a code 17 which is VSS..i put another one on and still code is on ...the speedometer is jumping..any help would be appreciated
