    Default Headlights dont work!

ok i gotta eg hatch with brand new headlights with hid's.. i changed the fuse and traced the wires to see if it's been spliced or anything but its all good. the problem is my fuse is not giving power to the fuse box when i checked it with the light meter.. what else can be causing the problem? thanks!

    Headlight switch, ground issue,

did the headlights work before installing the HIDS?

If yes try and check your connections and also the main plug that goes into the ballast flip it over and see if that it works then.

the grounds are under the hood...behind the headlight mounted to the frame rail
