    Default is this possible

I have a eg with full obd2 ls swap, I also have a h22 head just laying in my shed wondering what it would take to mate the head to the block and if any one has done it? I searched it and alls I'm finding is the b16 head on h22 block.has anyone done this?

Its just got me scratching my head as to why the h22 block can be mated to the b16 head?? Dh-racing did it and it made 280 hp and every one knows the h2b swap there has to be a way. I mean u can do the f20 block and h22 head and makes a g23.I'm still using the search button! I'm almost sure it can work if u know or have seen or heard let me know

I don't see how this would be possible. The LS block is 81mm bore and the H22 head is made for a 87mm bore. Also, the head bolt spacing is about 3/8" wider on the H22 then a LS (I just went and measured both heads). The H22 head is longer also. I don't see how DH made a b16 work on an H22 and don't know why you would not just keep it all H22. I understand being different but you will spend stupid amounts of money to get beat by a turbo D16 but I guess you could always say you are different.

If you are talking about the dual cam ZC then the block is the same as a single cam block. The DOHC ZC is just a D16A1 which is a DOHC D16 (87 USDM Integra).

Again, I really like the ideas of tring new things to be different and inventive but there comes a time when cost to benefit comes into play. As for changing heads to a Bseries I don't really see the benefit since the H22 head flows pretty good and there is a large aftermarket support for it also.

Well quick Idea (I like inventive ideas a lot) what about a h22 head on a b21 prelude bloce since its bigger then the b18's just for the sake of argument
