my car turns over rather quickley, i mean i might have the key 2 MAYBE 3 seconds and hten it turned/turns over fine. now with what my dad is saying after installing the fan and starting it up and allowing it to idle. as the car warms up the rpms decrease, and then just die. the first time he started it up cold it allowed him to rev it past 5-6k rpm, the second or third time he did it it went into a symptom of the limp mode and would not allow him to rev past 3000 to 3500 rpm.

Oh and your car is stock . There is no air fuel mixture issue. You could have fried the dizzy or ecu from melting the fan but thats highly unlikely

mainstream has installed more than 20 of my headers , I'm sure they can diagnose it rather quickly and have you on he road same day

im honestly a little nervous driving it on the highway with the way that its acting, especially that far. otherwise i would totally take it to them

im going to take it to a shop tomorrow that is right up the street that installed my distributor for me and find out what they can maybe say about it.

and I agree on taking it somewhere other then most your mom and pops
but a good honda shop can easy fix this without troubles its not a MODDED car its a stock integra with a ghetto fan in it...other then that not easy to fix,,,

im willing to bet $100 that if he takes it to a general maint place, and says "i installed this aftermarket header, it burned my stock fan and wiring, now it runs fucked up" the bill wont be less than $1000.

i would like to know how or what in the hell happened im curious,this is a first for me i have never heard of anyone screwing up a header install like this.

I saw that... that is why I was trying to get it steered back into a technical discussion.

My replacement ECU is in the mail. That is my last straw of troubleshooting, I'm gonna have to call over someone smarter-than-i if that does not do it. (OR buy a complete obd2 vtec swap, but I was hoping to turbo this ls motor instead)

not yet, Zen motors came and got it from me last night and they havent gotten a chance to look at it today cause they already had some appointments before mine. im hopin to hear back from them by the end of the day.
