he's right, its easy as hell, but if you still have your stock exhaust and heat shield then you might have to take it off due to clearance problems. Necessarily you might not have to but its going to be hard as hell to drop the shifter if its still there. And don't forget to make sure you have them little tiny washers or whatever that goes in on both sides of the shifter on the bottom where it connects to the shift linkage.
