^ You were running a 1.8L motor with a 1.8L ecu. He is running a LS/vtec with a B16 ecu. Yes he should have the same injectors but the ecu doen't know that it is a larger motor and needs a little more fuel.

OP you need to get a realtime scanner and see what it is doing. This will help you determine the next step.
