going crazy!! Power Windows HELP

Hi everyone, I have a 00 Honda civic SI. My car got broken into not so long ago so I finally got the glass so I can replace it today but when I tried to put my window down(the slider) it wont work. (passenger side)

My window(driver side) works perfect.
It doesn't make any noise at all as if its trying to work. It just dont work at all. I check all the fuses and they appear to be fine so it cant be the fuses. It also cant be the switch because the driver side one doesnt work for the passenger side when i press it either. I also checked all of the connectors and wiring and seems like everything is good. Im hoping its not the motor or regulator. Have this happened to anyone? Any advice would help

see if that side is getting power. DMM or a test light will work.

if the regulator was damage wouldn't it atleast make some kind of noises when I press the switch?

No.

When you press the switch, power goes to the motor which moves the regulator.

No power= fine out why
Power but no movement = Motor
Power and motor works = regulator

Make sure you clean all the glass out of the window frame.

yeh guys I think its the motor, everything is getting power but the motor isnt budging or making any noise.
