Integra fog light question
ok well i have a 98 integra and i want to get fog lights. i found these on ebay, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JDM-Y...Q5fAccessories
a friend of mine bought some similar to these not to long ago for his 99 integra and they did not fit. they looked like the 94-97 ones. so he returned them.
well my question is with how much modification can 94-97 fit and 98+ bumpers? or where can i go to get an estimate? i dont want to buy these and them not fit and just waste money on the shipping.

^^Im guessing u didnt read the whole post. In case the lights i order dont fit , i dont wana loose money by paying shipping to return them, so thats y i wana knw with how much mod. can 94-97 be made to fit on 98+ bumpers b/c a buddy of mine ordered fogs off ebay for his 99 and they didnt fit, lookd exactly like the 94-97s.
I have only been able to find 98+ fogs on ebay, if any1else can point me in a different direction it will be apreciated!

I did this modification. I had an 99 teg and bought the 94-97 jdm fogs. (real deal) I had to cut the back part of the bracket for it to fit, and cut some of the bumper of course. I had to get a lil creative but it worked. I like them better then those 98-01 fogs. heres a couple of pics of mine.
^ did u also cut off the part of the bumper where the fogs r supposed to bolt on?

^ No man I got them off of a guy from honda tech. I cut the bumper. When you put thrm in they are so close to the radiator support I ziptied them. They didnt move at all. Very good. The ebay ones should be the same as the real deal ones. Make sure you dont over cut the bumper in the corners.

These are the OEM foglights for 98-01...

Acura discontinued these right after the Integra was no longer produced. They did this because the foglights did not sell well. So they are very had to find and nobody on Ebay sells the right ones.
