90-93 isn't a Powerstroke, it's an International IDI which is a completely different beast. No the programmers will not switch over.

There was no such thing as a Powerstroke before mid-93 which was sold as a 94 model. Before then it was the 7.3L International IDI.

If it is a Powerstroke than someone put it there. No truck before 94 came with a Powerstroke. You sure it isn't just and aftermarket turbo'd IDI? It was EXTREMELY popular to turbo those trucks back in the day, kits were cheap and a dime a dozen.

Actually, its the same motor. With a few different injectors and a few others, and a name. International still makes the PS.

Chances are, somebody either put a PS in your truck or just boosted the original motor. More than likely, you wont be able to use anything from a newer truck, on yours, as far as programmers go.

They don't have tuneable computers really, they benefit from mechanical upgrades sort of like building a carb motor vs. a fuelie
    doin a burnout
