Default so whats a good set up

alright, so i have been noticing that my ride has been getting a lil shitty lately. Right now i have tein S-techs with Kyb agx adjustables for my set up. what i am wanting to know is what is a good set up for daily driving that is not an exorbatant amount. im not wanting to spend an arm and a leg and have to rip my nuts off but i want a good set up. im THINKING about coilovers, NOT SURE, but im THINKING about it. so tell me whats up, what you think?

Ksport coilovers are pretty good, Skunk2 coilovers are not bad for price, Koni/Ground control is an old favorite, and Tein basics like everyone said.

Skunk2 coilovers - about $600 - these are nonadjustable shocks but are valved to match springs pretty good

Koni/GC - $700-$800 - long time proven setup for Hondas

Tokico - $800 - I like there shocks but have never used they coilover setups

Ksports - $900 - comes complete with tophats

We are Tein distributors if you have any questions give us a call. There are a lot of options and they all have to be set up for your specific needs, minus the non adjustables.

On the last page he says the springs rates are 12.5 front & 10kg/mm rear...that will be one hell of a ride on the street lol! If the dampeners are truly matched for that spring rate that would be a good deal.

For $620 shipped, I'd jump on it and sell the S-techs to someone on here for $125. Wouldn't be a bad $500 investment.

12 front and 10 rear is WAAAAAAAY too much for a street set up. that was too much for our race cars. You should be no more than 8 and 6 for a good street drivable car. We ended up going down to 10/8 on our car. But that is a killer price.

10/6 is ideal for the Integra on the street, that's what that setup is stock so I don't know what those springs are or if the dampeners are even matched to them. Thats still $200 less than a Tein Basic setup lol!

heard that. In the end it comes down to what you are willing to live with. A ride quality that is not optimal or that extra cash in your pocket. Right now I am gonna with the cash!
