    Never heard of Agency.

    stock boost eh? Do yourself a favor and pick up a used VF39 off an STI(most are selling for around 300), a cheap boost controller, and a boost gauge. Bump the boost up a bit (untuned maybe 16 or 17 psi, possibly more if you get it tuned) and you'll be happy.

    thats quite alright ill just get a bigger turbo and bump it to about 20 t0 30 then ill be happy!!!!!!

    He has an STI Block with stock head and it is slightly tuned.
