Default What caused this? Piston failure

This is a Jet Ski engine (900cc 3 cylinder 2 stroke). What caused this piston failure? The head on this cylinder also looks almost like the top of the piston.

Lean. Probably a jetting or sp plug issue.

No its not. I'm thinking a carb gasket started leaking or something. Has less than 100 hours on the engine. All stock.

So... how do you go about adjusting the carbs? It has 3 of them.

You can't remove the injection system on this ski but I am going to premix the gas 50:1 anyways along with the oil system. Thats what Kawasaki recommended.
