    i dont have a honda but i am a lil bit knowledgable.....but cant u swap any block/head together if the first letter matches up????

    juss tryna be less ignorant!!!...1

    not always, but generally its a fairly safe assumption. For example, B16, B18, B20 heads are interchangeable with minimal effort, whereas the old B20A heads will not. F22A/b will not interchange with F20C/F22C. It's all about keeping them in the same engine family.
