you should be able to get it off w/ some vise grips.

I have the same problem with mine right now, I'm taking it to a shop that can fix the bolt without replacing the pan.

you wouldnt belieeeeve how tight i had my vise grips on it. it ended up just pretty much rounding the bolt off worse. if i ever do get it off without changing the oil pan im putting the bolt in it from my old oil pan. and when i said JB those locking plyors in my last post i meant vise grips. haha i just couldnt think of the name.

they make tools to remove damaged and stripped nuts and bolts
if that doesnt work, weld a another nut on it, and use that nut. what ar you using to take it off? the vise grips? do you have wrenches or sockets?

i was using a wrench at first, then that started stripping it out, then i tried a socket and it got worse, then i thought for sure the vise grips would get it, but they didnt. i was thinking of trying to weld another bolt on it, i seen that on another post on here to get someones lug nuts off. but ill try that.

yah i was making sure i was taking it off not making it tight. the reason it may have started getting stripped was i used the opened in part of the wrench, and i probably wasnt getting a a good angle on it. cause i used one of the lil come with the car jacks, and there wasnt much room.
