Just a couple suggestions:

- Try a 1.3 radiator cap
- Bubbles in the coolant?
- Might just need to be bled properly?
- Check under your oil fill cap for white residue.
- Your "new" 22t water pump is for an LS - not a Vtec engine.
- Check your spark plugs - do they look *too* clean or "white-ish?"
- Is your car drinking coolant (is the level diminishing over a few days or so?)
