emissions help no NOx

My sentra doesn't want to pass all the way
{HC} passed
{COx ppm} passed
{NOx ppm} faild
{PRm) pass
CO+CO pass

{NOx ppm} faild was
reading 1368 allowed 3000 on the 25/25 test
reading 1774 allowed 3000 on hte 50/15 test

This was on my 93 nissan sentra ser with a new cat.Thay didn't told me what to do but to take a part intake manifold and clean the carbon out and relplace the egr valve they put a egr tester on it and it cuts off when it's under pressure.

Do you have to take the car to the same place were you tested at. Need to know this week.or can i just sale to avoid the problom or register the car in macon to avide the emmission.

possible solution that can be fixed that would work what can i do!
