if the harness he gave you is the stock b16a2 engine harness from a 99-00 si then you will need an obd2 body wiring harness...or get the plugs and figure out the pins

i am not sure, dont know too much about wiring.

From seeing your other thread about the swap, you had DPFI before this. The problem is that your new eng harness is MPFI and the chassis is still DPFI. What youll need to do is install your DX harness on the B16 and do a DPFI to MPFI conversion. The connectors are diff between the Si and the Dx harnesses and just dont plug in.
BTW, the green connector is for the injector resistor box.

Here is a decent write up on the swap. DX to SI swap

Honestly man, I couldnt tell you. Ive never done the conversion before but I plan on it eventually on one of my hatches ((i have too many cars.....)) Ive only glanced through the conversion a couple times and never got in depth with the reading. Its just one of the billion things I pointlessly research.
Good luck with it though. If anything, hop on Honda-Tech or EF-honda or CRXCommunity, Im sure there are tons of threads on those sites about the swap.

when i did it before i used the resistor box and just used the dual point plug wires for 2 certain injectors, ran all the grounds to the resistor box, and 2 power leads from the 2 new injectors to the ecu its self. i think, its been 5 years ago, lol.
