those options are fine but i would like it to be slightly modded. Like with aftermaket exhaust..stuff like that. Why do you ask?

Could just pick up a SHO for $3000 tops and spend the rest of the money on mods.. thus enabling you to get to the grocery store and back faster than a Cobra.

they both have a lot of miles on them, the black vert id probably offer like 7700 for since it has so many miles and its automatic even though it looks like its in good shape. The blue car looks really good and has quality parts on it from the description but the giant tach on the dash makes me think its been beaten on, but of the two id look at the 99gt if you want a modded car, plus its a 5 speed, i wouldn't get an auto mustang, you could probably talk him down to 9000.

As far as mods I know it has some type of intake, its lowered, cobra rear suspension and some sort of name brand exhaust(dunno cause its not mine) thats loud but sounds good and also has 17in chrome FR500's with good tires. He was talking about getting rid of it...pm so i will remember and I should be able to get you info with pics
