Hey, I kind of have to same problem on my h22. Me and my dad changed the plugs and got a new distributor cap. He has a coil up at a shop that we are going to try next. Then wires, then rotor. When we fix it, ill tell you what it was and maybe it will help.

first off, 03 Accord V6 has coil packs. if it is showing a misfire code for all 6 cylinders, it is not likely that all 6 plugs/coils crapped out simultaneously. Does the car run rough? Did she have the drive belt replaced recently? If so was it a Honda drive belt?
    Who knows?
