    I don't know all the exact differences, but I can list a few:

    - M3's front sway bars connect to the strut housing, not the control arm
    - larger rear trailing arm (stamped with ///M)
    - different size spring perch in the rear (I think)
    - sway bar thickness is different
    - springs/shocks are different (duh)


    ... and I am sure there is more.
