    Ight my question is dat if u can put 96-98 civic headlights on a 99-00 civic..might seem stupid to ask but I need to know..so hit me up..

    dont think so not with out some mods. im not 100% body type stuff isnt my specialty.

    no...the lights are shaped differently. you would need to change hood, fenders and bumper to get it right.
