Electrical issue

alright im having the fuckin worst luck on my car. As of yesterday i changed my axle and then took it for a spin. Parked it and then cleaned the speed sensor because it wasnt working. Tried to crank it up after that and no crank. Starter light doesnt even come on. Another thing is that my headunit keeps cutting on and off. And its throwing a code p1298 - electrical load high voltage. It was throwing that code before also when my taillights werent working but that problem was solved because the wires were burnt. but now it wont even start??? help IA
