I'm sure it can be done using either accord or prelude hubs. You may have to use the knuckles from the 4x114.3 donor car as well. You may be able to drill a 4x114.3 pattern into your factory hubs, too... I've seen a bunch of 240 guys do that to go from 4x114.3 to 5x114.3 (4 lug to 5 lug).
