Golf Boossting problem
Ok i have a 2001 Golf GTi and it seems like its boosting too much. with the waste gate closed all the way it boost 5psi but if u open it a little and it goes up to 6 psi it doesnt pull, seems like its boosting too mcuh. any ideas what could be the problem? any help is apreciated.

i believe this should be in the forced induction section.
if its running too much boost it should go into limp mode and run only 5psi
