As far as I know the main ingredients for making that kind of power is a better IC, cams, bigger turbo, ECU tuning (Flash or standalone), quality bolt ons (Catback or TBE, air filter/intake etc) and after that its all dependant on your drivetrain holding up (Clutch, diff's etc)
