Default Automatic Cluster vs. Manual Cluster

I am going to replace my cluster in my 5spd 90 integra because the speedometer/VSS thing on the back of my dash wont hold the cable because the clip on the cluster is broken and the only thing i could find in the junkyard was one from an automatic. What i want to know is if the automatic cluster will plug right in the same way my 5-speed one does now, before i go and rip apart my dash just to find out it wont work

Basically...2 electrical plugs, and the speedometer cable...
Is it the same between the auto and manual?

they're the same. I would keep your 5 speed gauges, though... I believe the DA's are like del Sols, in that on the automatics, the gears (PRND1234) are on the gauge cluster. If they are, you should be able to pop the cover off the gauge cluster, then pull the black trim around the gauges off and swap in the one from your 5 speed one, which won't have the PRND1234 showing. Sorry if that's confusing... in my head I know exactly what I'm saying... PM me if you want me to find pics of what I'm talking about.

Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.
