Default Any master electricians on here?

Ok so i have a short circuit somewhere. My taillights dont work when i turn on my headlights but the brake lights work?? its causing my fuse to pop every single time under the dash fuse number 32 for the taillights, and license plate lights. I was told the switch from a friend and i changed that out but its still causing the problem. can't keep playing with this i need this done asap so i can have my car on the road, so if there's any master electricians on here, im willing to pay for some work done and get this fix.

    lmk thnx

Maybe a short to power somewhere in the circuit.
