    you can run anything from 5-30 to 20-50, vtec works on oil pressure not oil thickness....Valvoline makes several different weights in their turbo oil. I would run 10-30 in the winter and 10-40 in the summer. Its really up to you, 10 people will tell you 7 different things. I personaly worked for Valvoline for 13 years bottling and mixing oil, if you live up north where its really cold you would want a thin oil for those cold morning starts, but in Ga. you can get away with a thicker oil just about year round...

    Oil will get thinner as it warms up, But thats where your vtec pressure switch comes into play. pressure builds with RPM's ...
