Nevermind that a bone stock SR block can handle 350-400whp EASY with a simple MAF, turbo, injector & ecu flash. And do it reliably.

To me nothing sounds better that a ported 13bt spooling up the turbo, and nothing pulls like one.

I got my tach signal figured out, had to run it off the 180* signal from the CAS since Nissan decided to try and be special with the SR rpm setup. Once that was done I realized I didnt have any more wiring to do on the inside so I installed the ECU and kick panel and layed the carpet back down. It looks weird, hadnt seen floor on that side of the car for a few months

Also got the MAFS and O2 wires extended, loomed and tied away. Overall not a bad day at all, I got to rev above 2500 and test the BOV too.

Not a whole lot to update this week, doing clutch and brake bleeding this weekend and looping the heater hoses since I need to pull the motor to hook them up

Bastardized Rx-7. not too many T2 shells out there and you're gonna downgrade to a 4 banger. I want to run you when my swap is complete, when i run a 9.5 and you're at a 12 you can tell me which is not a powerhouse.

    a t25... monster.

My build is just waiting on my T2 block to come back from Porting.

    Right now plans are

Turbonetics T3/T4 running 12 lbs, Nitrous Exress system spraying into Intercooler, Spearco 5-377 Intercooler, Turbosmart Megasonic BOV, Greddy Profec-E boost controller, all Racingbeat exhaust components 2.5" open all the way back... I'll be glad to let my 0 pissed-ons show you how inferior your swap is. :idb:

LOL at all the butt hurt rotary owners. Fact is you can make 300-400whp reliable on a sr20 without cracking the block. Plus the aftermarket support is awesome, and the engines are cheap and aren't as temperamental as the rotary.

^^ My car is not temperamental ( it just hates my wife). I can make 300-400 hp reliable on my rotary all day long, and have you ever done any research on the aftermarket for a rotary. I could be at 500+ with a simple turbo upgrade and new injectors, I choose not to because I am happy with my 250 on a stock turbo.

How do you crack a turbo rotary block? I mean shit, you gotta boost to 30psi with stock ports and hold it at 9k for about 2 minutes then your exhaust will melt. but cracking a properly ported block is an achievement. Plus i don't have to worry about fucking up a piston, sleeve, ring, head, bearing, rod, cam... etc.

You got your shit twisted, time to hit the books and get the real info on rotaries. Can you rebuild your piston engine for less than a grand without MAJOR mechanical work?

Thanks for the props everyone!! Yes, 200whp if Im lucky, lets go drift around 285 and see who the real man is.

BTW a 13B rebuild kit by itself is over a grand you douche nozzle, and my rotor housings were toast. Do the math

HAHAHAHA OK you said rebuild for under a G, but whatever. Guess what, the motor I pulled out was a JDM 13B, and it lasted all of a month. Thanks for the info on used Japanese engines though, I didnt know you could buy those!!! lolololol

Just curious, how much of your own work do you do? Im guessing not a lot at all, if any.

Even if its less than $1k, you have to rebuild it every 60k miles or so, while with an sr20 you might maybe have to do it once or twice in the lifetime of the car. Whats cheaper?

Once again another ignorant fuck steps up to the plate. A well taken care of rotary can last longer than 60k. Rotaries are the same as any other motor just with less stuff to break when it goes. With that being said the fd motor is another story.

Unfortunately I forgot I only had a zip-tie holding up my fuel lines and one of them caught fire on my way back from lunch today. Engine is toast (lol ), chassis is probably a total loss as well. Fire was coming in through the dash vents by the time a passer-by with a fire extinguisher stopped to help.

Just my fucking luck, on to bigger and better things I guess. Liability only FTL.

You've just had your foot shoved in your mouth via my responses with every stupid fuck comment you make, so yeah... get sarcastic and throw insults my way. I do everything on my car except fabrication and welding, now go fuck yourself, and cry about your piece of shit sr20 turning into a bonfire... also if you pay over 700 for a rebuild kit youre a worthless cocksucker with no friends.

As for the stupid brazillian faggot talking about rebuilds every 60k .... you're a god damn moron, my 87 N/A motor is at 107,763 and still running great, its a daily driver too.
