    I can do it fine with stock civic pedals. With big tennis shoes on I can be pretty clumsy though. I'm probably gonna get some puma's if I ever get into auto X or road racing more.

    I don't know if I'd heat and bend the pedal..There's a chance it could just break off one day..

    Puma, the real driving shoe lolol!

    I'm pretty sure the pedal arms are cold [rolled] steel and not a cheap cast so heating and bending wouldn't be a problem at all. Dunking in water so an object cools super fast is what makes it brittle anyways. Heat with a torch and bend while on the car would be fine. Do it off the car and stick it in a bucket of sand for a couple hours so it cools slowly and it will be stronger than before.
