    hmm i guess it wouldnt hurt to try the thermostat. ill have to let you listen to it one day yourself to see if you can hear anything that could be major. thanks brian


    EDIT: just a thought, wouldnt putting the thermostat back in make it run hotter quicker? the thermostat would be blocking the coolant flow more than it is now, which is just free flowing.
