    4 bolt main is better
    crate is better if you can afford it
    hydraulic and solid depends on the cam you want to run in it really

    Yep. You will see higher prices on 4 bolt engines than the 2 bolt.

    i would pick up a junkyard motor and go from the bottom up, learn alot, appreciate it more, feel damn good when your done
