As a suggestion, speaking of things that randomly rattle, remove your valve cover and remove your timing chain retainer if it hasn't been removed already. Mine was broken and rattling around on the timing chain.. probably not healthy. I called Nissan to get a new one and apparently they deemed the part unnecessary and they don't even have them anymore.
