    Default S14 LS1 swap questions

    I have searched for this.

    Looking to LS1 a 95 S14. What is involved, what needs to be modified and what not?

    Anyone know what this costs?
    Honda RC51 SP1
    Yoshi RS-3 Cans
    520 Conversion
    Clip Ons

    custom: mototr mounts, trans brackets and drive shaft. and thats just getting everything to sit in the car not hooked up. But the motor and trans are probubly pretty cheap

    Motor mounts, trans bracket and drive shaft huh.

    Motor mounts, trans bracket will prob cost me about 100-150 if I can get some kind of drawing. Driveshafts are like 150 custom made where I go.

    And Ive heard it takes 7 wires to make it run?

    How bad is the AC on it? I actually want to make this car very daily drivable.

    This is one of them for the S14. Requires modfieding the subframe. and I believe a modified Drive Shaft.

    You should call lethal. I think they did a ls1 240 not to long ago.

    Motor and trans are about 3K
    If you need a wiring harness, painless is the way to go. 500
    Oil pan? IDK if the stock will work but figure 100-300
    Mounts and drive shaft figure 500 (if your buying them and dont have the hook up)
    Rad 250+

    So look at 5-6K without the shell. Small stuff like hoses, clips, wiring ends, ect will nickel and dime you.

    That cant be right considering you have 8 coils that have two wires a piece going to them.

    Hmm its gonna cost me about 5 g if I pick and choose my parts. Seems like an easy enough swap, and I already have the shell.
