99 Jetta Help!

Hi, I' m looking to get more power out of my little engine. It's an 1999 VW Jetta Wolfsburg Edition 2.0L completely Stock. Can anyone help?

and also i was wondering does it really mess with the speedo of you change rim size cause im looking to get 17s on my car.

theyre actually some pretty decent turbo kits from the 2.0

As far as tire size effecting your speedo... as long as the height of the tire is the same it will be unaffected. The diameter of the wheel doesn't matter. If you want to go with bigger wheels you'll need tires with a lower profile sidewall. That way the total height of the tire will be the same.

Any tire shop can help you find the right set of tires to use with bigger wheels.
