Did you only do wires? Most of the time you just do one wire at a time so you put them in the right place.

If you grounded something out, but pushing on the plugs wires I wouldn't think would do it...."maybe" if you hit some wires by the distributor. Won't hurt to check them.

    Cylinder firing order: 1, 3, 4, 2 (from top of engine, left to right: 4, 3, 2, 1)
Distributor order: 3, 4, 1, 2 (starting from top left)

    1-3-4-2

bottom left on dizzy is 1. (standing on passenger side)

    ------------------------------------------------------------
on the head, if ur standing in front of ur car its...4 3 2 1

your cams are closest to 1 just to clear anything up....

    ----------------------------------------------------
    A four-cylinder firing order is simple: 1-3-4-2.

The cylinders are numbered 1-2-3-4 going front to back. No diagram needed,
    unlike a V-engine.

Cylinder 1 is the one closest to the timing belt, cylinder 4 furthest away
    from the belt.

Run OEM only on a Honda engine. Unless you're pushing 500hp on a b-series then you don't need aftermarket ignition or wires, no matter how big they are or how much they cost you won't get better than OEM Honda.

As for starting issue, a physical inspection would be needed to diagnose.

hmm.. If the car was running and you got the wire right, then check the other thing you changed. Your spark plug.

I can't see how you can mess up putting them in but take them out and check if any gas/oil is on them. And put them back in hand tight.

oh yeah check yoru fuse just in case

I ran a MSD 6al box with external coil and MSD 8.5mm wires on my teg and had no such problems. But yeah its not just for hondas, OEM is the best if your lower HP and dont "need" upgraded stuff.
