Check your grounds. You might have messed one up when you were cleaning the engine bay. It would cause it not to turn over.

Theres one on the thermostat, one on the tranny, and one on the valve cover. Look for them

theres no need for you to call to figure out how to check your timing, read carefully

have a 10 and 17mm socket. 6inch extension and a 3/8 ratchet .. and some other small tools handy

-disconnect battery, turn steering wheel all the way to the left.
-remove valve cover and upper cam cover exposing the cam gear.
-take the 17mm and the extension.. and turn the crank pulley counter clockwise until a wee little line next to 3 other lines line up with a little tab poking out the lower timing cover.
-then look at the cam GEAR and make sure that where it says UP is facing... UP. if it is up then pretty much your good.... no need to get in depth with this unless the UP is facing somewhere besides UP

if UP isnt UP then timing is off... very simple

if all of that seems like gibberish to you, then calling me wouldove been pointless to begin with.

i wasnt being a smart ass, im really trying to help you from causing more problems by attempting to fix timing when it prolly isnt even off

does the car get fuel? like... is the fuel filter not clogged?

and are you sure its not getting spark? have you actually took a plug out, stuck a spark plug in the plug and layed it on the engine and try to crank to see if it sparks?

if you have spark, and you have gas... theres only one thing left, and thats air... or timing
