    Default toyota question?

    Does any one know if a 93 tercel engine is the same as a 94 paseo? do they interchange?

    Okay,

    the 94 Paseo has the 5e-fe
    the 93 tercel 3e-e

    Im going to guess they aren't direct bolt in interchangable based on them being different engine generations.. is very likely possible with some wiring/ecu change they would work.

    Before you spend money on an engine, also get out the jdm 4e-fte swap.. they are pretty inexpensive and a neat turbo swap for either of those cars IIRC.
